Global Surge has developed a discipleship-focused church, culture, and ministry. We desire to plant churches that have a core focus on one-on-one discipleship, Community Groups and Weekend Celebration Services. It is also our goal to train, equip, encourage, and multiply church planters as well as churches that will impact the world and reach the lost. We cannot wait to see what God has planned for our future!
Community Groups
Community Groups serves as a bridge for the church and the community in a once a week fellowship. Our goal is to fulfill the greatest of all the commandments in John 13:34-35:
“To love one another”. We should love and edify one another as we minister to each other inside our group and love one another outside by evangelizing. As the group grows it keeps in mind that we are not satisfied until we have multiplied our group.
Discipleship
We believe discipleship should be part of the vision and priority of each church. In addition, our team members should focus their efforts on seeing the successful follow-through of discipleship with the leadership team is intentionally discipling as Biblically and culturally.
Children’s Ministry
Our children's ministry wants to teach children about the scripture, who God is and our relationship to Him. We do this during our church services through worship, Bible lessons, and life application.
Ministry Opportunities
Our churches have a variety of volunteer opportunities, including, being a member of our worship team, drama team, production team as well as being a counselor, usher, teacher, community group leader and more. We encourage all
volunteers to attend our Starting Point Class, Spiritual Maturity Class and Discover My Ministry Class.
